House Plans

Following are the spacious plans we have on offer at Waterford Estate. Our two main designs are a Cottage and a Villa, both of these plans have various fecade options. We also offer the Wetland design, which is especially designed to capture views of the wetlands and Murray River. This plan is only available for particular sites in the village. Islandway design, consists of 2 Bedrooms and 2 large living areas and is also situated right on the Wetlands.

All of our designs boast spacious open plan living with an undercover entertaining area. The fully enclosed garage leads into the home for easy access inside.
